Automated allocation process for deposit solutions
The allocation team managed billions in daily deposit movements using a manual spreadsheet, already straining under growth and at risk of breaking at scale. I led design end-to-end on an internal tool to automate it: from user flows to complex data tables, and shipped to production in 9 months.

Building a design system for a financial platform
IntraFi's transaction portal -used by 3,000+ banks- had grown inconsistently over the years, from mismatched components, accessibility failures, and no shared design language. I built a WCAG-compliant design system from scratch, doing a UI audit that unified the product and helped the team ship faster. When SVB collapsed in 2023 and users surged, we were ready.
